Personal Training

One-on-one coaching provides a tailored approach to meet your unique needs. If you prefer to train with a friend, our duo sessions offer a fun, motivating way to work out together while receiving individual tailored support and guidance. 

One-on-one & duo sessions

Availability is limited.

Each session is carefully designed to suit you and your training partner's goals and current fitness level.

Initial session cost is $130 for 60 minutes which includes an initial physical assessment.

​

Cost:

  • $90 - one-on-one

  • $60pp - duo

​

Session pricing is for 45 minutes. Longer sessions can be arranged for an additional cost. Mobile sessions outside a 15 km radius from Montrose will incur travel charges at $0.80 per km each way.

​

Small Group Training can be arranged by appointment for groups of up to 6.

Tailored Programming

Foundations Package

Tailored programming for use at home or in the gym. The Foundations Package is a great option for those wanting to work out in the comfort of their own home, with the flexibility to train anytime, or those needing a tailored program to follow in the gym.

 

This package is designed to help you start strong and stay consistent, no matter where you're at in your journey.

From $230, you get:

  • Free 30-min phone consultation: We’ll discuss your lifestyle, goals and barriers to create a realistic and effective training plan you can do from home, or in the gym. 

  • 60-min in-home personal training session: Learn the exercises tailored to your needs, with real-time modifications to ensure safe movement.

  • 4-week personalised strength program: up to two unique sessions per week, delivered to you via Google sheets, with progressions built-in.

  • General nutritional guidance for best performance and recovery.

  • Coaching feedback, regular check-ins and support via SMS and email. 

  • Phone calls as needed.

  • Scheduled adjustments as needed.

 

Additional 4 week training blocks can be purchased for $100. Book a personal training session to switch up your exercise selection and receive the best guidance on technique. These can be scheduled in-person or by video conferencing from the comfort of your home.
