What can you expect from us?

We provide a welcoming space for mums of all fitness levels and stages of motherhood. One of the best parts? You can bring your kids! Your little ones can be by your side while you focus on your well-being.

 

By working in partnership with women's health physiotherapists, exercises are safely tailored for each woman and her unique postnatal body. Our sessions are designed to be safe and supportive for those experiencing:

  • incontinence / urine leakage

  • abdominal separation

  • pelvic organ prolapse

  • pelvic pain and sciatica

  • wrist, knee and back pain

  • postnatal anxiety and depression.​
