Founder and coach at Move for Mums.
I'm a mum of three, pre and postnatal exercise specialist dedicated to helping women feel strong, capable and confident through every stage of motherhood.

My approach combines evidence-based movement with realistic coaching and the support women need to make movement part of their lives.
